Natural Product Total Synthesis

Since the inception of the Aubé lab, natural product synthesis has been an ongoing facet of our research. For us, part of the satisfaction of natural product synthesis lies with the development of new and powerful chemical tools to overcome unique synthetic challenges; the other lies in discovering the biological activities of the target molecules once we have accomplished their synthesis.
